Breanna, a lifelong Alaskan, has built a successful career in accounting with over 10 years of experience. A licensed CPA, she has held key financial roles at several companies, contributing to their long-term growth and financial sustainability. Breanna currently serves as Controller of Chugach Commercial Holdings, a diversified holding company, where she oversees the financial operations of both the parent company and its portfolio of operating companies. Her deep roots in Alaska and commitment to financial integrity have made her a trusted leader within the organization.

Herbie has over twenty years’ experience in accounting and compliance through various roles with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and in internal audit with major defense contractors. In his 10 years’ experience with Chugach, he has worked in various leadership roles within Finance, Business Development and Operations in Chugach’s government sector managing accounting, SBA and estimating compliance along with contract transitions.  He currently serves as the Chugach Commercial Holdings (CCH) Director of Compliance providing support and guidance to the portfolio of companies with all compliance matters and various other aspects of operations. He and his wife are proud parents of four children and reside in Fairhope, AL.  

Janna Hemry is the Risk Manager at Chugach Commercial Holdings, LLC, where she focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risk to support the company’s long-term success. She returned to Chugach in 2022 and transitioned into risk management in July 2024, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in financial operations that provide a strong foundation for evaluating financial and operational exposures. Janna is committed to strengthening compliance, enhancing governance, and building processes that safeguard the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature—hiking, kayaking, and exploring new places.

Anastasia has been a dedicated employee of Chugach since 2016, contributing her expertise across several key areas, including Cultural Resources, Treasury, and Chugach Government Solutions. She currently serves as a Staff Accountant for Chugach Commercial Holdings, where she is responsible for processing financial statements and supporting the financial operations of the company’s various operating entities.

Anastasia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings both analytical rigor and a collaborative spirit to her work. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys volunteering at Nuuciq Spirit Camp, where she teaches traditional songs, dance, and kayaking.

Jonathon has served Chugach in various roles in HR since 2014, and is the Chugach Commercial Holdings HR Specialist. He holds an MBA, and is an apprentice Traditional Kayak builder at Nuuciq Spirit Camp. His family lives in Anchorage, and is from the Village of Port Graham

Dee started her career with Chugach six years ago as the front desk receptionist and then moved over to Chugach Commercial Holdings as their Office Manager. Dee’s excited to be part of a team that is always growing and adjusting to compete with other markets and looks forward to seeing what the next endeavors might be.

Ross Dean is the Director of Operations for CCH. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with extensive expertise supporting operations in Alaska. 

At CCH, Ross is responsible for identifying and developing solutions to meet Alaska’s oil and gas staffing and operational needs. He collaborates across CCH’s energy services companies to support business growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver integrated service offerings. 

Dean’s experience includes operations management, client engagement, and execution of large-scale energy projects across diverse environments, including Alaska, the Lower 48, Canada, and Australia.

As Senior Accountant at CCH, Jian supports financial reporting, account reconciliation, and accounting operations across the organization’s portfolio of companies. She brings experience in financial review, payroll support, and compliance auditing, with a strong foundation in accounting and business administration. Jian’s attention to detail and commitment to accuracy contribute to the strength and reliability of CCH’s finance team.

As Senior Communications and Reporting Specialist at CCH, Mara supports reporting and communications across the organization’s portfolio of companies. She brings nearly a decade of experience in internal and shareholder communications, with a focus on clear, effective messaging and collaboration across teams. Mara plays a key role in clearly communicating the performance, growth, and impact of CCH and its companies.
